1. Overview

PumpyDumpy2Visual ("Software") is a desktop application that runs 100% offline on your computer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Software does and does not collect.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

The Software does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

  • Personal data (name, email, address, phone number)
  • Telemetry or usage statistics
  • Analytics or tracking data
  • Your files, projects, audio, images, or any created content
  • Browsing history, cookies, or device fingerprints

3. Network Requests

The Software makes no network requests except for the following single case:

License Validation (Pro Edition Only)

When a license key is entered in the Pro Edition, the Software communicates with the license validation service operated by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. at api.lemonsqueezy.com to activate, validate, or deactivate the license key. The only data transmitted is:

  • The license key
  • An instance identifier (machine name)
  • An instance ID

This validation occurs approximately every 7 days. If validation cannot be completed, a 7-day offline grace period is provided before the Software reverts to the Free Edition.

The Free Edition makes zero network requests.

4. Local Storage

The Software stores the following data locally on your computer only:

  • Application settings and preferences
  • Recent project file paths
  • License key cache (encrypted, Pro Edition only)
  • Auto-save recovery files

None of this data is ever transmitted to any server or third party.

5. This Website

This website (pumpydumpy2visual.com) is a static HTML page. It does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or any form of data collection. The only external resource loaded is the RemixIcon font from the jsDelivr CDN.

The website stores your language preference in the browser's localStorage for convenience. This data stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

6. Third-Party Payment Processing

Purchases of the Pro license are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which handles payment information (credit card, billing address, etc.) under its own privacy policy. PumpyDumpy does not have access to your payment details.

7. Children's Privacy

The Software is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have any questions or concerns about privacy, you can contact us.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data is processed (answer: none by the Software)
  • Request deletion of any data (answer: no data is stored on our servers)
  • Object to data processing (answer: no processing occurs)
  • File a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
