We want you to be completely satisfied with PumpyDumpy2Visual. Because our software relies on computer hardware for rendering, we understand that it might not perform perfectly on every single system.

If you purchase a PRO or STUDIO license and find that the software does not work as expected or fails to run correctly on your computer, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

For Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or Studio Annual subscriptions, the 14-day guarantee applies to the first subscription payment. Renewal payments are generally not refunded unless required by law, caused by a billing error, or handled otherwise by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or Studio Annual subscription stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. Your paid access remains active until the end of the paid billing period, then the app returns to the Free (Watermarked) Edition after license validation.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer account link. If you cannot find the management link, contact us with your purchase email and order number.

The "Try Before You Buy" Principle

PumpyDumpy2Visual offers a fully functional Free Edition. The main difference between the Free Edition and paid Pro or Studio access is the presence of a watermark on exported videos.

Because you have the opportunity to test all features, objects, and rendering speeds for free before purchasing, refunds are generally not provided for subjective reasons (e.g., "I don't like the visual effects" or "I changed my mind"). Refunds are intended to protect you against technical issues, bugs, or hardware incompatibilities that prevent you from using the software you paid for.

EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is downloaded or accessed immediately, this right is waived once the download begins.

To provide a fair and risk-free experience, PumpyDumpy offers this 14-day Money-Back Guarantee as a voluntary commercial warranty, replacing the statutory right of withdrawal, giving you time to ensure the software works technically on your machine.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Include the email address you used during purchase or your Lemon Squeezy order number.
3. Briefly describe the technical issue or reason why the software did not meet your expectations. (This helps us improve the app).

Once your refund is approved and processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), your license key will be instantly deactivated, and the software will revert to the Free (Watermarked) Edition. The refunded amount will appear on your original payment method within a few business days.
