1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PumpyDumpy2Visual ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License and Usage
Your use of the Software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). The Free Edition is provided "as is" with a watermark on exported videos.
Paid Pro and Studio access requires a valid license key purchased through our authorized merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Pro is sold as Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly. Studio Annual is sold as a yearly agency/team subscription for 3 activated computers.
Subscription License Definition: A Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or Studio Annual subscription grants access while the subscription remains active and paid. If the subscription is canceled, expires, or cannot be validated after the grace period, the Software may revert to the Free (Watermarked) Edition.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides checkout, tax handling, subscription billing, invoices, and returns. By purchasing a license, you agree to their terms of sale.
For recurring subscriptions, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments. Subscription access remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.

4. User Generated Content
You retain all rights to the videos and content you create using the Software. PumpyDumpy claims no ownership over your exported videos. With paid Pro or Studio access, you are granted full commercial rights to monetize your videos on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
